Describe:
Downhole motor is a kind of downhole power drilling tool powered by
drilling mud. The mud flow at the outlet of the mud pump enters the
motor through the bypass valve. This flow produces pressure losses
at the inlet and outlet of the pump, pushing the rotor to rotate,
and transferring torque and speed to the drill bit. The performance
of the downhole motor mainly depends on its performance parameters.
1. Use American MTI equipment for friction welding, computer
automatic control, heat treatment, grinding, and magnetic particle
testing to ensure the high quality of the finished product.
2. Processing can be provided according to customer requirements.
The finished product is hard-bent, with high hardness and no
cracking.
3. The tool joints are processed by a 1500T precision forging press
to ensure the quality of the joints and have high compactness,
cleanliness, wear resistance, and excellent mechanical properties
of homogeneity.
