Technology of double wall drill pipe
The double wall drill pipe is mainly made of special alloy steel
pipe. The joint of the drill pipe is made of alloy structural steel
through friction welding, vacuum quenching and tempering treatment,
and overall surface hardening. The thread processing adopts
automatic processing equipment, which has the characteristics of
high bending strength, reliable welding, and high slag removal
efficiency. Compared with the similar products, the fatigue
strength is improved.
